1. Outcome
Online bookings, payments, legal waivers and a small CRM for my martial-arts school, with an automated morning report.
2. The problem
A one-person school had to sell online, get a legal waiver signed before anyone pays, and know about every booking, with no staff and no booking subscription.
3. My responsibility
Owner and instructor. I set the offer, the wording and the prices, and directed the build.
4. What was built
- Waiver first: the signature and the exact warning shown are stored, then a one-off Stripe checkout opens. There are no public payment links to skip it.
- A signed Stripe webhook that records each booking once, emails the buyer and alerts me.
- A private CRM that brings bookings, enquiries and waivers together per person, and flags anyone who paid without signing.
- Ad attribution passed through to Stripe.
5. AI and controls
- Each morning a script measures sales, waivers, site traffic and the Facebook ad, and Claude writes me a brief with the day's actions.
- Claude Code built the site and the back end.
